Welcome to my information page. This is just the start. I chose the "blog" format so that I could introduce myself and my work to prospective clients and also as a place where current clients can keep up on my work and learning. The old web format felt "tired" (do you read Wired...?) and it wasn't flexible enough. Everything is changing all of the time so the structure needed to allow for that.

Practice Focus
Moira focuses her management consulting practice on three areas: Executive Coaching, Leadership Development Programs and Customized Solutions for Planned Change.
She is certified in a variety of assessments and tools to enhance leadership and organizational awareness and build a solid foundation for development and change.
Moira is a registered organization development consultant and a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, an International Coaching Federation accredited program. She holds her Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University. Since 1999 she has mediated and trained mediators with the Chicago Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR). She has a network of associates with whom she works depending upon the project scope and requirements.
